this app has improved a lot. thanks! being able to download lectures ahead of watching them is very helpful. it would be good to have a place to manage *all* downloaded material (in case you run out of space, etc.). the "discussions" functions have problems with formatting: missing text, badly formatted text (especially with math formulae?). also, it would be nice, for a given course, to have an "all discussions" list (the web version has this). if theres a way to look at course material (a PDF, say) while listening to (or even watching, via P-I-P) a lecture i didnt see it. that would be a good addition. a 10 second "forward" button would be nice. a "now playing" button (as iTunes U and AudioMark have) would be very useful.

This app works well to watch the lectures, take the tests, and connect with others on the forum as well as find new class. This app has come a long way. The first version was very limited. Good job. Keep it up.

This app works great for me. I can AirPlay the videos and even take the quizzes on my phone.

Try opening this course in landscape on iPad. Open a course called Automata Open video number 9 in landscape The professor at 3:01 will write on the slide and I cant see what is he writing. Also please consider adding a 15 second rewind button to make it easy to review concepts really fast.

I cant thank Coursera enough. Brilliant courses from the best in the world faculty, available through this app anywhere I want to learn. Most of them free. Cant ask for more. Thanks Coursera!!

This app is extremely useful

I joined coursera to learn Python. The lectures are fun, easy to understand and the professor is absolutely wonderful. I Would recommend coursera to anyone who is serious about continuing their education.

I am taking photography. Best online course I have taken. Courses friendly with short informative videos It is not perfect, but I have learned a lot.

As an older student, I am so pleased to be able to continue my education in the comfort of my home. The Internet has opened up a whole world of resources. ( imagine only being able to get resource material by walking to a library). I am on my 8th class and had to work hard in a couple of them to get the certificate of completion. But the feeling of accomplishment is awesome!

It has become part of my life. I choose the subject, the time and teacher. It allows me to continue growing at age 70. I am very great full to the people that have put this platform together.

I am currently taking the Buddhism and Modern Psychology course. The teacher is a fantastic thinker and his instruction is making a significant difference in my education and life. Keep up the good work, Coursera!
